Return Policy

I run this brand solo, and I care deeply about what I create — and how it makes you feel. If something didn’t land the way you hoped, I offer 30-day returns because your satisfaction genuinely matters.

If the item’s unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging, I’ve got you. You’ll need proof of purchase, but that’s about it.

To start a return, just email me at customersupport@sociacouture.com. Once I approve it, I’ll send you a free return label and the steps to follow.

Heads up: packages sent back without checking in first won’t be accepted — I need to make sure everything runs smoothly on both ends.

If Something Arrived Wrong

If your order showed up damaged, defective, or just plain incorrect — let me know as soon as you can. I’ll make it right.

A Few Things I Can’t Take Back

There are a couple of exceptions:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Anything hazardous (though I doubt you’ll find flammable gas here)

Exchanges

Want something else instead? The best move is to return what you got and place a new order once it’s approved.

Refunds

Once I receive your return and make sure everything checks out, I’ll process your refund to the original payment method — usually within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since I approved your return, please send a nudge to customersupport@sociacouture.com.
